SHIPPING
How do I track my order?
 

Your tracking number will be sent to the email address left with your order on all HAIR orders. On clothing orders and accessory, you will receive an email once your order is shipped containing a date to expect it by.

 

 

 

What are your delivery options?
 

Delivery options are either shipment to your address or pick-up from store owners. Text before ordering for more information.

 

 

 

How do I return an item?
 

Unless there is a defect with your product, returns are NOT accepted. When wanting to return an item photo evidence of defect MUST be submitted in email or text. Hair orders may or may not be accepted for return, depending on reasoning.

How can I contact your couriers?
 

Because all of the owners of this shop are college students there are certain times they may be contacted. Text messaging is the fastest way to come in contact with one of us, we will not reply to one word messages or rude messages.

 

 

Do you provide International delivery?
 

Yes ! Shipping may be extra.
